About FEDUP Inc.

FEDUP Inc. was founded by Brandi Mason and co-founded by Rashia Wilson — two women who each served time in prison (Brandi served 10 years; Rashia served 13 years). After their releases, both women faced the overwhelming challenges of reentry: lack of resources, lack of support, and the weight of starting over. Having walked similar paths, they came together with a shared vision: to create the organization they once needed. FEDUP was born from that vision — turning personal pain into collective purpose.

Brandi Mason and Rashia Wilson bring lived experience as their most powerful credential. Their firsthand understanding of incarceration and reentry — from basic survival needs to navigating complex systems — gives FEDUP a deeply authentic perspective that no outside organization can replicate. They are not just advocates; they are survivors who became leaders.

Built From Lived Experience

Through our holistic approach, we connect women with essential resources, health services, and meaningful community connections. By centering the voices and experiences of the women we serve, FEDUP Inc. creates pathways to sustainable reentry and empowerment, breaking cycles of incarceration and building stronger, more resilient communities.

FEDUP Inc. stands for more than just services — it stands for sisterhood. Every woman who walks through our doors is met with dignity, compassion, and zero judgment. We understand the stigma that follows incarceration, and we are committed to being a safe, uplifting space where women are seen, heard, and supported as they rebuild their lives. FEDUP turns defeat into determination and purpose into action.
