Bridget Loves founded Fed Up Inc. in 2009 to educate kids on positive body image, self esteem and healthy living. Bridget started her first diet in 4th grade and was on a quest for perfect abs by 5th grade- being skinny became her identity. She struggled for 18 years with eating disorders, poor body image and low self esteem. Upon recovery she was inspired to work on helping other kids never fall into the trap that consumed her life for so long. With that in mind she wrote the book Fed Up Girl, a memoir detailing her battle and subsequent recovery. Her unique experience, drive and easy rapport with kids make improving body image and healthy eating habits a successful and meaningful venture. In addition to working for Fed Up Inc. she works full time in a rewarding career in Corporate America where she empowers and develops her team to grow and shine. Bridget is committed to helping people live better fuller lives and works diligently to make sure every person gets the help they need to do so.
